Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Pune. The Key Account Manager will manage key client accounts, develop business plans, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing account data, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Account Management and Key Accounts experience

Strong Analytical Skills

Customer Service expertise

Proficient in Business Planning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Experience in the AI and technology industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
