We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager to oversee our portfolio of high-value clients.
You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring long-term success through strong relationship management, account growth, and solution-oriented service delivery.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely -resolution of issues.
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to provide customized solutions and added value.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling or cross-selling efforts.
Prepare and deliver strategic account reviews and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, delivery, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction.
Track account performance metrics and meet / exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and B2B sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and create strategic account plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Strong organizational and time-management skills
