Key Account Manager

Job Description :

  • We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager to oversee our portfolio of high-value clients.
  • You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring long-term success through strong relationship management, account growth, and solution-oriented service delivery.
  • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely -resolution of issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to provide customized solutions and added value.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling or cross-selling efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic account reviews and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, delivery, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track account performance metrics and meet / exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and B2B sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategic account plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
