About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished senior leader to join as SVP – Operations / Business, reporting to the Managing Director & CEO. This role is central to driving strategic expansion, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across key services including KRA, CKYC, Aadhaar eKYC / e-sign, RTA, PMJJBY, and other digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy and large-scale projects across regulatory & digital services.

Ensure compliance with SEBI, CKYC, RTA, UIDAI, AML / PMLA, and cybersecurity standards.

Identify business growth opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue.

Represent in industry forums, committees, and regulatory interactions.

Track KPIs on turnaround time, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile

Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing (reputed institute).

20+ years’ experience in securities markets / financial services.

Strong leadership in regulated environments.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Age : 45–50 years.
