Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business development initiatives across monitoring assignments (TEV, LIE studies), technology solutions, and fundraising support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Institutional Investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end deal execution across advisory, monitoring, and tech solution offerings.
- Manage acquisition and delivery of TruGenie (tech solution for real estate asset management).
- Represent the organization in client discussions, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams for seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Support the launch and growth of new business initiatives within the real estate ecosystem.
- Track industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities.
Required Skillsets :
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.Deep understanding of real estate solutions, advisory, and monitoring assignments.Exposure to financial services ecosystem (Banks, NBFCs, PE funds, Institutional Investors).Proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.Strong analytical, valuation, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using technology-driven platforms and solutions for real estate.Qualifications & Experience :
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution.
5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Consulting, Valuation, Advisory, or Fundraising roles within Real Estate / Financial Services.
