What’s in it for you?
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading global business development and sales. The incumbent, will manage end-to-end sales, including discovery, account mapping, SoW development, PoC, handling objections, pricing negotiations, and contract negotiations. You are expected to have experience handling large-ticket, long-cycle sales and possess personality traits such as attention to detail, the ability to work with velocity, an understanding of value-based pricing, and strong business acumen.
Develop and Execute Sales Motion :
- Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales motion on acquiring international clients mainly targeting the US, Europe & EMEA region.
- Determine strategies to encourage target accounts to interact with Anakin and transition their engagement into meaningful conversations that lead to customer conversion.
Client Acquisition (Hunting) :
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, P&L owners, distractors, focusing on international enterprises.Collaborate with solutions consultants, legal, and customer success teams to accelerate responses and streamline deal closure.Market Analysis and Competitor Research :
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning in the international market.Do Homework before each client interaction to put best foot forward.Processes :
Update and maintain CRM Hygiene on daily basis.Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.Collaboration with Marketing :
Work with the sales representatives to develop targeted campaigns and materials for international markets.Provide input on product positioning based on client feedback and market demand.Contract Negotiation :
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Collaborate with the CEO to finalize contracts.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Must’ve experience selling IT / SaaS Products to Enterprise / Mid-Market customers.Experience :
Previous experience in handling large ticket-size clients preferably USD 25k and above.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on international markets. Hiring across levels (Manager - Director)
