Experience Required : 5+ years in Enterprise Sales (preferably in EdTech / Training / Talent Solutions).
Role Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our on-ground enterprise sales efforts in India.
- Based out of Bangalore, this role will be responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise accounts, building strong CXO / VP-level relationships, and positioning our training and talent solutions as the preferred choice for workforce development.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle : lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.Develop and execute sales strategies to target large enterprises, GCCs, and corporates in India.Understand client requirements and align our Training & Talent Solutions to meet business needs.Build strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D heads, CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer success and repeat business.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving EdTech & talent ecosystem in India.Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client forums to strengthen brand presence.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales with proven success in EdTech, Corporate Training, Talent Solutions, or SaaS.Strong network within Bangalore and broader Indian enterprise ecosystem.Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large accounts.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, with a hunter mindset and strong execution focus.Local to Bangalore with a deep understanding of the Indian EdTech & corporate skilling landscape.(ref : iimjobs.com)
