Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead enterprise account acquisition and growth in India. The role requires someone with a proven track record in digital growth, marketing technology, e-commerce solutions, or SaaS industries, who can build long-term client relationships, close high-value deals, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and execute account strategies for large Indian enterprise clients.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business and account expansion.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft customized solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5-11 years of enterprise sales / key account management experience in SaaS, digital marketing, martech, e-commerce, or technology-led solutions.
  • Strong background in working with Indian enterprise clients, with a track record of closing high-value and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and build scalable revenue pipelines.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
