What You'll Be Doing :

  • Own and close complex deals in the- mid-market and enterprise- segments.
  • Lead multi-threaded deals with- CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Execute strategic outbound motions alongside inbound opportunities.
  • Leverage- MEDDPICC, SPICED, Value Prompter, or similar methodologies for high-impact discovery and deal progression.
  • Articulate clear ROI and business value during sales conversations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to feedback learnings from the field.

Expected Outcomes (First 60 Days) :

  • Deep understanding of our product, ICP, and competitive landscape.
  • Ownership of sales pipeline with qualified mid-market / enterprise opportunities.
  • Execute at least 5 high-quality, multi-threaded demos / discoveries weekly.
  • Progress multiple deals to late-stage pipeline using structured sales process.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience- SaaS sales closing experience into- mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Deep- customer-first mindset-you advocate for their success before your own.
  • Proven experience running multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals with- CXOs.
  • Strong command on consultative approach and- value-based selling.
  • Experience selling into- US and / or UK markets.
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment and sales excellence.
