Job Summary

Zolo is seeking driven, high-energy Enterprise Account Managers with 1-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development across any industry. We are looking for sales champions passionate about hitting targets and fostering growth. Successful candidates will be mapped to the best-fit sales roles across diverse, fast-growing business verticals, including Zolo Stays, Z Hotels, and Z Vacations. This role is based in Bangalore and offers an accelerated career path for those who thrive in challenging, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Sales :

  • Drive sales efforts to secure new business and expand market share within assigned enterprise and B2B accounts across Zolo's diverse verticals (e.g., Corporate Sales for Zolo Stays, B2B partnerships for Z Hotels).
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

Account Management and Growth :

  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers within corporate and enterprise accounts.
  • Strategically expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling Zolo's product portfolio for retention and revenue growth.
  • Performance and Targets :

  • Demonstrate a passion for achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to execute sales plans and contribute significantly to the business unit's growth.
  • Collaboration and Execution :

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery and a superior client experience.
  • Maintain clear, organized records of sales activities and pipeline
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development (BD), Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales (experience from any industry is welcome).
  • Skills :

  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Drive :

  • Must be passionate about achieving targets, growing client relationships, and making a significant business impact.
  • Adaptability :

  • Willingness to take on challenges, hustle, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
