Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong emphasis on technical / IT hiring .
- Extensive exposure to bulk hiring / ramp-up planning in an IT services environment.
- Strong command over stakeholder management , with the ability to partner with senior business leaders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills .
- Must be from a well-known IT services company.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing tools, and technology platforms.
