Responsibilities :
- Lead, develop and coach a high-functioning team of Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure delivery of a best in class hiring experience to our candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive adoption across the team by introducing, monitoring, and measuring KPIs and other mission critical results.
- Partner with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners) to establish timely and accurate headcount forecasting that will drive internal and external talent attraction strategies and allow for effective TA resource planning.
- Leverage data and reporting to inform leadership using our applicant tracking system, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technologies or systems.
- Develop effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while seeking to understand their complex and unique talent needs.
- Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through the Applicant Tracking tool - UKG.
- Tracks and measures performance metrics related to recruiting activities to maximize effectiveness.
- Initiates and drives continuous improvement efforts through differentiated process advancements, optimized tools and technology, metrics management, and introducing the latest available technology.
- Oversee the regional Intern program to build a bench of candidates to satisfy growing organizational demands
- Manager their own requisition workload, as well as, to ensure business is performing at the desired level.
