Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role is a critical component of our organization, responsible for acquiring top talent to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Developing diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing channels.
- Collaborating with teams to understand hiring needs and translate them into positive experiences.
- Maintaining data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics as needed.
Requirements :
5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in product organizations or high-growth tech environments.MBA or postgraduate degree is mandatory.Experience working with sales teams and hiring for sales roles.Coaching hiring managers and developing strategic recruiting plans.Preferred Skills :
