HR Executive

Nisum is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join our team as a backfill. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating new hires, managing employee personal files, overseeing health and life insurance processes, and handling attendance and leave management. If you have a solid understanding of HR operations, excel at data analysis, and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do :

• New hire coordination , ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Update employee personal files meticulously.
• Handle the complete process of Health Insurance and Life Insurance .
• Manage Attendance & Leave for employees.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits , taking complete ownership of compensation and payroll processes .
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
