We are seeking Talented Recruiters to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top Talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Recruitment, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct Interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Present Shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements for the role :
Proven work experience as an IT RecruiterExperience as an Individual ContributorHands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Zoom, Teams)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsSkills Required
