Job description

We are seeking a Head NPD to lead the New Product Development for an auto components manufacturing company. This role requires extensive experience in NPD, with a strong background in die casting.

Job Description

  • Lead the New Product Development (NPD) team for an auto components manufacturing company.
  • Oversee all aspects of the NPD process , from concept to launch.
  • Ensure the successful development of new products, meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing.

Skills Required

  • 18–25 years of NPD experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in die casting is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
