Role Description :
We are seeking an Area Head (Playing Captain) to lead and manage wealth management operations in New Delhi. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring service excellence, and leading a team to deliver superior client outcomes while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across wealth management, estate planning, and lending solutions.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring long-term trust and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Build strong brand presence in the region through client engagements and networking.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery processes.
Required Skillsets :
