Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales Department located in Delhi, India. The Head of Sales will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage and develop the sales team, build and maintain relationships with key accounts, and analyze sales data to drive strategic decision-making. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management and building client relationships
  • Proficiency in Team Management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
