We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This role is critical to attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
• Source potential candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
• Drive campus hiring and explore partnerships with reputed institutes.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring Graduate / Postgraduate from a Tier 1 Management institute (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in talent Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools.
