Job description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates in alignment with job specifications and business needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans.
Provide market insights and talent mapping to support strategic hiring decisions in niche skill areas.
Drive offer management and negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Prepare and deliver recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring performance and metrics.
Manage and engage with external recruitment partners and vendors as needed.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in technical / IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or enterprise environment.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate evaluation skills.
Proficient in using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with market trends and talent strategies in the IT sector
