Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates in alignment with job specifications and business needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans.
  • Provide market insights and talent mapping to support strategic hiring decisions in niche skill areas.
  • Drive offer management and negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Prepare and deliver recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring performance and metrics.
  • Manage and engage with external recruitment partners and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical / IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or enterprise environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with market trends and talent strategies in the IT sector
