The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and hiring exceptional individuals who will contribute to TripleLift's success.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Sourcing & Talent Pipelining :

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired roles and critical positions.
