What Youll Do

• End-to-end recruitment ownership from understanding business needs to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
• Hire for scale & impact manage hiring across levels : from creative talent to senior global leadership roles.
• Global exposure lead international hiring across geographies, bringing in diverse and world-class professionals.
• Employer branding be an ambassador of DViOs culture; create experiences that inspire candidates to join us.
• Stakeholder partnership work closely with business heads, hiring managers, and leadership to build strong hiring pipelines.
• Innovate & experiment bring fresh ideas, tools, and sourcing strategies to make hiring smarter and more impactful.
