Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Talent Acquisition to join our in-house recruitment team.

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

This is an individual contributor role with leadership responsibilities, where you will guide recruitment initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure that hiring goals are met with Lead a team of recruiters to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for diverse technical roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with organizational needs.

• Partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
• Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition processes and maintain accurate candidate / requisition data in the ATS.
• Mentor and support by sharing best practices, guiding on sourcing techniques, and enhancing candidate engagement skills.
• Independently manage complex and high-priority requisitions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Leverage innovative sourcing methods and stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and industry trends to strengthen hiring strategies.
