- Collaborate with the RSM to develop the branch-level sales strategy in line with market trends, competition, and organizational goals
- Manage branch performance across sourcing, productivity, governance, and channel effectiveness
- Monitor local market dynamics and competitor offerings regularly
- Provide and review MIS reports on disbursements, NPAs, profitability, and expansion metrics
Customer Acquisition & Engagement
