Sales Planning & Execution
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales planning.
- Communicate individual and team sales targets, and plan accordingly to achieve them.
- Adhere to the daily sales plan for market activities.
- Ensure the achievement of assigned monthly targets to create a healthy branch portfolio.
Team Management & Productivity
Ensure regular follow-up to track progress and take corrective action.Ensure the productivity of the sales team, including BSMs and SOs.Coordinate with staff to ensure all marketing areas are covered.Marketing & Lead Generation
Create and drive area-specific marketing strategies to build the SBFC brand.Devise new and creative ways of branding and lead generation, such as high-visibility field activities, to increase product visibility and build a funnel of serviceable customers.Conduct competitor benchmarking to develop competing strategies.Plan and execute market activities like door-to-door marketing and pamphlet distribution, ensuring proper resources are available in advance.Interact with the branch operations team to initiate upselling calls to existing borrowers.Customer Relationship Management
Develop creative marketing strategies for existing customers, such as sending greeting cards and messages on festivals, to collect new customer references.Plan customer visits to old or HNI (High Net Worth Individual) customers who have closed accounts to win them back.Follow up on interest collection to minimize penal charges for each customer and increase customer loyalty.Skills Required
