Role & responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
- Develop and execute strategies for affordable housing loans (LAP) and home loan products in the assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance data to senior management.
