Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage sales and business development for our kitchen sinks, faucets, and sanitary-ware product lines in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials or sanitaryware, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to lead channel partners and field sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote kitchen sinks, sanitary-ware, and bathroom / kitchen fittings across retail, wholesale, and project channels.

Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in any field.

3–5 years of experience in sanitary-ware, kitchen hardware, or building materials sales.

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Prior experience with brands in sanitary-ware, faucets, tiles, or modular kitchen segment.

Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the assigned area.
