Job Type : Contract to Period : JD :

• Design and develop mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.
• Implement and configure mobile app configurations, navigation, and branding within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with product owners and UX / UI designers to ensure a responsive and intuitive mobile user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow mobile apps with platform features (Forms, Lists, Notifications, Approvals, etc.).
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• ServiceNow development experience, with hands-on experience in Now Mobile and Mobile Agent appconfiguration.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Applets, Mobile Studio, and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), and integrations.
• Familiarity with UI Policies, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, and REST APIs in the context of mobile.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI / CD practices.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably ServiceNow CAD certified. Show more Show less
