ServiceNow Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices, and will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Run the sprint cycle, managing allocation of dev stories to developers, helping with any queries / unblocking etc… Includes full management of the agile process.

Work with T&L platform owner to agree and manage backlog

Capture dev stories and work with team to plan the right way to deliver

Hands on technical knowledge of best practice for ITSM module is a MUST. GRC is nice to have.

They MUST be an experienced scrum master / agile delivery professional within depth ServiceNow experience.

Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Define and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and governance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.

Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.

Support incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and others.

Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.

Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Manufacturing) is a plus
