ServiceNow Mobile Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.
• Implement and configure mobile app settings including navigation, branding, and user experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX / UI designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and responsive mobile solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow mobile apps with platform features such as Forms, Lists, Notifications, Approvals, and more.
• Optimize mobile app performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure high availability and usability.
• Configure and customize Now Mobile and Mobile Agent apps as per business requirements.
• Utilize ServiceNow Applets, Mobile Studio, and Flow Designer for workflow automation and mobile development.
• Apply strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs, and integrating external systems via REST APIs.
• Implement UI Policies, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, and ensure mobile compatibility.
• Follow Agile methodologies and CI / CD best practices to ensure timely and quality delivery.
