Now, we’re looking for a Growth & SEO Marketing Lead to own our growth engine and turn Flowace into the go-to platform for SMBs worldwide.

What You’ll Own

This isn’t a “just manage SEO” role.

You’ll be the architect of our growth playbook, designing and running experiments that actually move the needle.

• Crack SEO Like a Pro – Rank for competitive SaaS keywords, build backlinks, and grow organic traffic 2x+ in 6–9 months.
• Turn Content Into Conversions – Transform blogs, case studies & guides into a funnel that attracts and converts.
• Run Growth Experiments – Test hypotheses, measure impact, and scale what works.
• Shape Our Story – Define messaging for IT services, BPO, KPO, and SMBs so our ICPs can’t ignore us.
• Build Real-Time Dashboards – No vanity metrics — track traffic, signups, and trial → paid conversions that matter.
• Lay the Paid Engine Foundation – Create the playbook for Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels when we flip the switch.

You’ll have a blank canvas, direct access to founders, and the freedom to experiment fast.
