Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for our AI Recruitment Platform by reaching out to HRs, CHROs, and key decision-makers.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles : lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Deliver on revenue generation targets and business growth objectives.
- Execute SaaS sales strategies tailored to client needs and industry demands.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales within HRTech / SaaS.Must have successfully sold HRTech products to clients.Strong expertise in lead generation, SaaS sales cycles, and consultative selling.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage high-value accounts and drive long-term partnerships.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
