Brand Representative

Location : Gurgaon (On-site)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM

Role Type : Full-time

The Role

We&aposre hiring a Brand Representative who understands digital culture, communicates with clarity, and knows how to close. You&aposll be the face of the agency across meetings, pitches, and social content. This is a front-facing, on-ground role that blends communication, content, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Rarekind in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats
  • Communicate our value clearly across pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats
  • Build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners
  • Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities
  • Contribute to closing deals and growing the agency pipeline
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns
  • Stay updated on trends, formats, and what's working in the creator economy

What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication and presence
  • Social media awareness across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Comfortable on camera and in professional settings
  • Strategic thinker with selling instincts
  • Ability to handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end
  • Based in Gurgaon and available full-time on-site
  • Good to Have

  • Experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, or sales
  • Public-facing content or hosting experience
  • Existing network in the brand or creator ecosystem
