- Drive end-to-end non-tech recruitment for assigned business units, owning strategy and execution.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, ensuring quality and speed of hire.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints, from sourcing to onboarding.
