Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Recruiter at MASSIVUE. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for end to end recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Fast Paced Recruitment Experience, working with start-up
6-10 years of end to end technical recruitment experience
Work with Daily Submission Targets of 10-15 resumes
Daily Interview Scheduling at least 10 interview with different panels
Work with various stakeholders, bring new clients and business
Work with ATS, AI tools in a fast paced environment
Ability to work and track weekend drives
Lead a team of RPOs and Internal Recruiters
Own closure and submission targets for the team

Qualifications

Proficient Communication skills

Start-up experience, ability to move fast

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred

What we are not looking for

Not ready to take initiative

Not able to manage time effectively

Not able to work in start-up environment

Senior recruiters who are not looking to actively recruit - this is not a hands off lead role
