Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter with 4–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. This role focuses on hiring top talent for Data Science and Data Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing offer discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Data Science and Data Engineering roles.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal ATS.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical fit and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive offer discussions and negotiations in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
• Provide market insights and sourcing strategies for niche technical roles.
