About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and drive our talent acquisition efforts across multiple business functions. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support the COOL company&aposs continued expansion and success. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to build exceptional teams that align with our company culture and strategic objectives.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. You&aposll be responsible for developing innovative recruiting strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
