Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic HR Sourcing Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, who will play a key role in driving end-to-end hiring processes and building a strong talent pipeline for Tata Advanced Systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, evaluating, and coordinating interviews.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review.
Focus on sourcing niche technical and non-technical talent as per business needs.
Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
