Role Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle US recruitment for Engineering, Semiconductor, and IT roles.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards and social platforms.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain detailed reports.
Job Requirements :
3+ years of US region talent acquisition experience in Engineering / Semiconductor.In-depth knowledge of US Visa classifications and compliance.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and recruitment tracking.Skills Required
