Requirements :
MBA or equivalent in Business / Finance.15+ years in AMC or investment industry leadership.Experience scaling businesses and partnerships.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
AUM growth rate.Client retention and satisfaction (NPS).Channel partner expansion.Marketing ROI and digital conversion.Reporting Line :
Additional Responsibilities
Govern business risks, including distribution and misselling.Identify and escalate early warning signals and fraud in sales.Provide input to RO / CEO on distribution risk metrics and appetite.Update and test risk registers for sales / marketing-related controls.Report mis-selling cases, negative inspection remarks, and investor suitability breaches.Govern distribution risks, detect mis-selling, and analyze investor portfolio risk appetite.Perform periodic RCSA testing, track escalation of frauds, and ensure risk reports are shared with CEO.
