Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Nagpur. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, conducting competitive market research, and developing business development strategies. The role entails creating proposals, presenting to clients, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the design or construction industry is a plus
