Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our SaaS team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of Schbang’s SaaS products by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales. This is a client-facing, target-driven role that requires strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and a passion for delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients in need of SaaS solutions. Build a pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Understand their business needs and recommend the right SaaS solutions to solve their pain points.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated with the latest trends in the SaaS industry, including competitor offerings and market needs. Provide insights to the team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date for effective follow-up and reporting.
  • Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the SaaS industry or a related tech field.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, industry trends, and the sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Desired Skills :

  • Experience in selling SaaS products to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and / or large enterprises.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or technology sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
