Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets by promoting biomedical equipment and services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and customer needs.
- Prepare and execute sales forecasts and strategic plans for the assigned area.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Improve sales productivity by coaching and mentoring sales representatives.
- Conduct joint field visits with sales executives to engage healthcare professionals and drive performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Work Experience : 7+ years in Sales & Business Development, particularly in Hospital Equipment Sales.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical device regulations.Skills :Advanced sales analyticsLeadership and team managementStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrategic sales planningCRM software proficiencyData-driven decision-makingEducation :Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Science, or EngineeringMBA or Healthcare Sales Certification preferredSkills Required
