Job Title : Area Sales Manager - Home Loan Balance Transfer and Top-up
Locations : Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad
Experience : 5 - 8 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Officers, Executives, and Managers focused on home loan product sales in the assigned geographical area.
- Drive business growth by developing multiple acquisition channels, including Direct to Consumer (D2C), Call Centre, Connector partner relationships, and open market acquisition.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high team productivity and motivation.
- Conduct regular field visits, team training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and compliance with all internal policies as well as external regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with connector partners and customers to maximize business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the home loan or housing finance sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and nurture a network of connectors, partners, and customers to drive business growth.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
