Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with property developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property site visits with clients and provide professional guidance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
