Job description
  • Business Development : Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the CPaaS industry. Acquire new Clients across all Communication channels SMS, WhatsApp,RCS ,Email
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Planning : Meet sales target, plan and present sales projection. Create a strong sales funnel and measure conversion based on target. Generating sales leads through various sources (Accounts Mapping, cold calling, prospecting) and building corporate database
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
  • Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Qualifications :

    • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry, with at least 3 years in a CPaaS or related field.
    • Education : MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University / Institutes
    • Skills :
    • Strong understanding of CPaaS, SaaS, telecommunications, and cloud-based communication services.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
