Role Description for Sales Manager-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – B2B Warehousing Solutions located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, overseeing the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in warehousing solutions or logistics
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and sales data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or warehousing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
