Summary :

• The People Operations Analyst will be responsible for Talent Acquisition data analysis and reporting on all aspects of the department with the goal of improving candidate and employee experience. In addition, this role will gain deep understanding of our various systems and partner with HR Applications / IT in administration of those systems, ultimately partnering with HR Applications / IT to move to Workday.
