Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategyCreating and identifying sourcing strategy- job rotations, IJP's, direct sourcing, social media, vendor partners etcDesigning and leading the employer branding strategyResponsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firmEffectively create job descriptions and job evaluations to identify the key KRA's and KPI's across rolesDesign an assessment centre framework to support the recruitment process while already leveraging on conventional methodsWork in liaison with business and other enabling functions to ensure timely on boarding of candidatesDevelop key recruitment metrics and work to reduce the overall TATEffectively hire for off role positions alongside hiring for payroll positionsResponsible for mapping external talent pool to critical positions within the organization and creating a healthy pipelineRequirements :
- At least 5 - 8 years of work experience in recruitment
- Must have strong exposure in designing and implementing recruitment processes from scratch
- Ability to lead a team by example
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (exceptional inter personal skills)
- Highly analytical personality
