Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead business development efforts across North India and Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a background in home automation, hardware, or related industries, with a strong network among door and furniture manufacturers, architects, and system integrators. The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to build and manage channel partnerships, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Drive revenue growth and meet / exceed sales targets across North India and Nepal.
- Identify and onboard new business partners, including dealers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the furniture, architectural hardware, and home automation sectors.
Channel & Partner Management :
Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners and system integrators.Train partners on product offerings and sales strategies to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.Strategic Planning :
Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.Work closely with senior management to align regional sales goals with overall company objectives.Market Intelligence :
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams to support continuous product improvement and market relevance.Reporting & Forecasting :
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.Prepare regular business performance reports for management review.Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's is a plus.
Demonstrated success in channel development, partner onboarding, and territory management.Skills :
