Location : Ambernath, Maharashtra

Role Description

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the Minimum Wage Act, Bonus Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain harmonious industrial relations in the factory and provide regular feedback to management.
• Ensure employee insurance coverage (Medical Insurance, Group Insurance, ESIC, etc.) for both permanent and temporary employees.
• Manage recruitment of permanent and contract workers, attendance tracking, wage calculation, and enforcement of discipline.
• Lead motivational activities on the shop floor and support the creation of a positive and engaging workplace environment.
• Oversee plant administration functions, including :
• Plant security management
• Deployment of safety equipment on the shop floor
• Housekeeping contract management and ensuring proper maintenance of factory and office premises
• Canteen management (food quality, hygiene, cost control, discipline, timings)
• Pantry management
• Company car pool management
• Upkeep of office furniture.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, managing a workforce of 200+ employees, and hold an MBA in HR with a specialization in Industrial Relations.
